“Shivoham” means “I am Shiva”
A mantra which reminds us of our oneness with the absolute, the transcendent, the ultimate reality - the truth.
The nature of Shiva is acceptance, you may believe whatever you want, do whatever you like but so long as you have devotion and love in your heart you will merge, when the time is ripe into oneness, that is free from suffering and pain.
Repeating Shivoham Shivoham mantra creates a powerful and positive vibration which can bring about lasting transformation in your life. You can experience a state of detachment and the feeling of being free. This is the ultimate happiness, to see the changing nature of the world and to flow through it, untouched.
Such ancient Sanskrit mantras have been given so we may experience our real nature, they create a vibration in our body, mind, consciousness and environment which lifts our thoughts and thus our possibilities above the mundane.
When we repeat Shivoham we are saying ‘I am eternal. I am pure. I am intelligent. I am free, I am unbounded consciousness”. I chose this name, by divine inspiration because it represents our true eternal nature, the source and the goal that exists always.
It’ s ver beautifull. It’ s the only path. We need a lot of practice, because our instint it’ s just the opposit.
Thank you…..
