Dispatch
Orders are dispatched the same or next business day. Each piece is blessed before it leaves us.
Made-to-order pieces
18k gold pendants and commissioned pieces are made to order. Allow 3–6 weeks for making before dispatch; each product page gives the timeframe for that piece.
Within Australia
We ship with Australia Post Parcel Post, fully tracked, usually arriving within 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $100. Express Post is also available at checkout.
International
We ship fully tracked to New Zealand, the USA and Canada, the UK and Europe, Asia and South Africa. Standard delivery usually takes 5–20 business days depending on destination, and Express (usually 4–7 business days) is available at checkout.
Free standard shipping applies to orders over NZ$200 to New Zealand, US$300 to the USA and Canada, A$250 to Asia and A$350 to the UK and Europe.
Customs and duties
International parcels are labelled 'Prayer Beads' and usually pass through customs without delay. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility, and customs may occasionally delay delivery.
Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed when your order is dispatched. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email store@omshivoham.com with your order number and we'll follow it up with the carrier and make it right.
Travel periods
When Shivjyoti is in India sourcing and consecrating new pieces, dispatch may take a little longer. Any delay will be noted on the site.
