Description

Budh Vidya, the Mala of Mercury's Grace

This is a mala of rare and radiant beauty, crafted from the finest gems of the earth, a piece of high spirituality, good fortune, and the quick, luminous intelligence of Mercury. It is a boon for the fulfilment of one's life's work, made for the soul who is here to express their gifts, to be recognised for them, and to walk their path with wisdom, discernment, and grace.

At its heart sits a guru bead of pure Persian turquoise, anchoring a mala strung with one hundred and six faceted emerald beads and two Rudraksha, with a sterling silver pendant carrying the Shivoham charms. The turquoise here is among the most precious in the world, old mine Iranian firoza, genuine Persian turquoise that has never been reconstituted or altered, prized for millennia as the truest and most beautiful turquoise on earth. This is some of the purest turquoise you will ever encounter, and it carries all the power for which the stone is revered.

Turquoise is a master healer. It aligns all the chakras, the energy channels, and the subtle body, elevating the wearer toward spiritual attunement, healing, cleansing, and protection. It brings the soul into union with cosmic love and regeneration, healing not only the one who wears it but those in their care. As a master healer it emanates a pure energy that dissipates every form of negativity, making it a profound ally for those who work with others for the greater good. It supports true expression, intelligence, and discernment, awakening the wearer's unique voice and helping others recognise their gifts and talents, a stone that quietly champions your evolution.

The one hundred and six faceted emerald beads bring the verdant green of Mercury, the planet of intellect, communication, commerce, and grace. Emerald is the stone of the heart and of right action, supporting harmony in every area of life, wisdom that rises from within, and the psychic clarity to see truly. It enhances trust, kindness, and the recognition of the beauty that is always present within and around you. For those with Mercury as an important planet in their chart, emerald is a treasured ally, sharpening intelligence, easing expression, and blessing the life's work.

Two Rudraksha are woven through the mala, the seed of pure consciousness, Shiva himself, carrying the vibration of pure awareness and grounding all this radiant energy in the steadying grace of Shiva consciousness.

Together, this alchemy helps the wearer remain centred while pursuing whatever brings the heart, mind, and soul into joy. It induces wisdom and understanding from within, awakens great intuitive power, and stands as a boon for your lifework, most especially for those who carry Mercury strongly in their chart. It is a mala of high spirituality and good luck, a companion for the soul walking gracefully toward the fulfilment of all they came here to do.

The Charms:each piece carries two sacred charms, custom designed to match the Shivoham logo. The crescent moon is the original, signifying Shiva's crescent moon and his mastery of time, past, present, and future, and the knower of all three. The round S charm is a later addition, marking the piece unmistakably as Shivoham, since our custom moon design has so often been copied. The S is for Shivoham, and has also come to be known as Shakti. Together the crescent moon and the S are Shiva and Shakti, sun and moon, masculine and feminine, a complete stamp of alchemy and wholeness.

A note on care: There is no need to cleanse this mala. It has already been blessed and consecrated. All you need do is enhance its energy by wearing it with reverence for your own sadhana and spiritual practice. The more you wear it, the more it will attune to you, supporting you to become one with its energy, as it becomes one with yours.

Authenticity: Every piece arrives with a certificate of authenticity as a guarantee card, detailing weight and gemstones, signed off by a GIA qualified gemologist.
