ARCHANGEL MICHAEL 'The Light Worker's Shield' Mala
This is the mala of Archangel Michael, the great protector, the warrior of light who stands guard over every soul who walks the path of service. It is made for the light worker, the one who carries light into the world at a time when it is so deeply needed, and who needs protection as they do. This mala banishes negativity without remorse, clearing it from the aura, from the path, from the environment itself, and shielding the wearer as they express and walk their truth. It is an electric mala, radiant with the golden energy of the sun, bringing light into the whole totality of one's being and banishing darkness and grief alike.
At its heart is a rare Nepali ten mukhi Rudraksha guru bead. The ten mukhi is one of the most powerful protective beads in all of the Rudraksha tradition, the ultimate shield. Sacred to Lord Vishnu, it pacifies all nine planets, wards off negative energies, the evil eye, and psychic harm, and surrounds the wearer in a protective field of positive energy from all ten directions. This is a form Shivjyoti has worked into several light worker malas before, and it has always given profound protection, sending negativity away. Its presence here anchors the entire mala in Michael's protective grace.
Woven around it are crystals chosen to empower the light worker and open the voice of truth. Iolite, the shaman's stone, awakens inner vision and intuition, guiding the wearer through their own depths and helping them journey and see clearly. Faceted topaz amplifies intention like a beacon, sending one's message out into the world and drawing back the clarity of what must be done for goals to manifest and desires to actualise, and faceting is truly the finest way to wear it, sharpening its power as an amplifier. Citrine carries the golden light of the sun, radiant with abundance, leadership, and the confidence to walk one's talk. Blue lace agate soothes and opens the throat, blessing gentle, honest, positive expression. Together, iolite, topaz, citrine, and blue lace agate are stones of the throat chakra and of truth, empowering the wearer to speak and embody their light on Earth. A little Rudraksha is woven through as well, alongside the ten mukhi Nepali guru bead, carrying the Shiva consciousness through the whole.
This is a boon for light workers. Every light worker should have one of the Shivoham light worker malas, or at the very least a Rudraksha for protection, but this iteration, under the wing of Archangel Michael, is among the most electric and protective yet.
The Charms: each piece carries two sacred charms, custom designed to match the Shivoham logo. The crescent moon is the original, signifying Shiva's crescent moon and his mastery of time, past, present, and future, and the knower of all three. The round S charm is a later addition, marking the piece unmistakably as Shivoham, since our custom moon design has so often been copied. The S is for Shivoham, and has also come to be known as Shakti. Together the crescent moon and the S are Shiva and Shakti, sun and moon, masculine and feminine, a complete stamp of alchemy and wholeness.
