Description

Sadashiva Mala | 5 Mukhi Rudraksha Meditation Mala 9mm Beads, with Nepal origin 5 Mukhi Guru bead. Sterling Silver

A sacred 108 bead meditation Mala handcrafted with authentic 5 Mukhi Rudraksha from Nepal, finished with a genuine Nepali Rudraksha Guru bead and pure sterling silver. The 9mm bead size has been chosen after decades of Sadhana, Japa and prayer as the most ideal measure for meditation, substantial enough to hold presence in the hand, light enough to move gracefully between the fingers as each mantra turns, bead by bead, breath by breath.

The 5 Mukhi Rudraksha is the most revered seed of Lord Shiva, known as Sadashiva, embodying the five faces of Shiva, the five elements and the five senses drawn inward and offered back to their Source. Gathered from the sacred foothills of Nepal where the most potent Rudraksha in the world are said to grow, each bead carries the living vibration of Mahadeva himself. The 5 Mukhi is treasured by sages, rishis and sadhakas across millennia for its power to still the restless mind, calm the heart, release fear and anxiety, regulate blood pressure, and open the practitioner gently yet profoundly into deep meditation. It is said that Shiva dwells within every 5 Mukhi seed, and to wear one is to walk always beneath his protection.

The authentic Nepali origin Guru bead crowns the Mala and anchors its spiritual power. It is the sacred threshold where the devotee bows to the lineage, to the teacher, to Shiva, before turning the Mala once again in devotion. Its presence deepens every round of Japa and draws the direct blessing of Lord Shiva into the practice.

Finished in sterling silver, an ancient and pure conduit for prana and life force energy, this Rudraksha Mala becomes a living instrument of awakening in the hands of the sadhaka. A tool for Japa meditation, mindfulness, spiritual protection and daily devotion.

How to use your Sadashiva Mala Use it for your daily Japa and mantra meditation, particularly with Om Namah Shivaya. Rest it upon your altar between sittings so it may absorb the sanctity of your sacred space. Or wear it tucked quietly beneath your clothing, close to the heart, as an unseen shield of grace and protection throughout your day.

This is not ornament. This is a sacred tool of awakening, a companion on the path, a whispered mantra of Shiva himself held always near.

Om Namah Shivaya 🙏🏻
