Returns Policy

Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the sacred nature of a Mala and its' ability to absorb and transmit energy vibrations, if it has been worn or used it cannot be returned. We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to contact us to discuss an exchange or damage. We welcome you to do so. 
 
If you are not satisfied with your mala or for any reason wish to return or exchange  it unworn and in original packaging within 14 days we will refund you minus the cost of postage. Please contact via email to arrange info@omshivoham.com and include any photos (if damaged) or your reason for return We are always happy to help and seek positive experiences for all involved. 

If your Shivoham Mala breaks with wear and tear we are happy to repair it, there is a minimal cost we will advise upon assessment. Please contact us via email so we can take care of this for you; info@omshivoham.com 

Please note that we cannot accept claims for lost or stolen items, always use tracking for any returns and include your order, contact and any extra details we have discussed with you in email.
