This six week course is for those familiar with meditation yet wanting to establish a deeper and more consistent practice. We'll re-cover the basics and essentials for withdrawing the senses and experiencing deep meditation everyday.
Each 90 minute session combines practical wisdom, a developing meditation practice (longer each week), gentle stretches that assist posture, relaxation or healing yoga nidra and breath practices along with practical spiritual wisdom and discussion.
We’ll cover mantra, yogic breathing, inner sound, and a step by step yogic technique to withdraw from the external world. Along with a range of helpful philosophy that is both enjoyable and transformative for establishing in inner peace.
You’ll master how to sit correctly and comfortably, ensuring time in meditation is effortless, and enjoyable.
Shivjyoti has 17 years experience leading meditation and has developed several successful courses taught to thousands over the years. This course is essentially giving you 'time out' and 'time within'. Shivjyoti supports your journey, intending to assist your deepening spiritual awareness.
Bring a shawl, notebook and wear loose comfortable clothing. Everything else is provided.
To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your order, we express post all orders within Australia and use ‘track and trace’ couriers around the world. All our deliveries use a scanning system that follows the progress of your delivery and photographs the parcel where it’s left ‘in a safe place’.
