Relaxation, Pranayam, Gentle Movement & Meditation
During the sessions we'll practice guided relaxation and breathing practices to support your health and peace of mind. We will engage in gentle movements to release stiffness and to prepare the body for a sitting meditation.
Props are available to support you in meditation posture and you'll be guided throughout the class, taking your awareness inward to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your place in the world helping you to develop greater confidence and clarity.
Often we discuss practical tips on establishing & enhancing your daily practice, you'll have a chance to ask questions and learn the purpose behind the techniques of withdrawal and with regular practice experience complete balance between your inner world and outer world.
It's often during and after meditation that we experience insights into new solutions for the situations we face in daily life, helping us to be more effective in our careers, relationships and most importantly in our relationship with oneself.
Meditation is a key to experiencing peace of mind, happiness and inner fulfilment.
